The Balloon Box

So Dalon wasn't expecting any more presents for his birthday when this

HUGE box came from the Fed Ex guy while Dalon was out riding his

bike. I don't think Dalon has ever gotten a package (while he was home

to receive it). He was quite excited!

The neighbor kids all came in to see what he got and loved the idea of having

to pop 10 balloons (one for each year Dalon has been alive) with the little pin in

the card...they could hardly watch they wanted to help so bad.

This is our neighbor Ian and Dalon and Claire all trying to count the money that was in

each balloon ~ 2 dollar bill in each of the 10 balloons!!!!

Spring Break .... WaHoOO

packed a bunch of fun stuff into Spring Break 2010......we went with the Chock's to the Lakehouse but since we couldn't be in the lake, Eric took us to the Holiday Inn indoor waterpark he used to visit as a kid in Stevenspoint Wisconsin. We had a great day in the pool

Then it was off to Belts...A Chock favorite and an awesome ice cream place we now take our friends and family!

Dalon is the big 1....0....!!!

It is amazing to me how fast my kids grow!!!

It is unbelievable that Dalon is now 10. We love to

watch him and are so proud of the young man that he

is. Happy Birthday Buddy!!!

Dalon wanted to have some buddies to a new video game

place called Play and Trade. They all sat and played any

game they wanted for a couple of hours. They were so

occupied I had to stop them for pizza and ice cream

sandwiches!

Claire is 7...

Claire's birthday was during Christmas Break so we all went to Funway to

rollerskate and she invited friends Amanda and Vanessa and her cousin Seth to join

us in the fun.

It was always a tradition in my home growing up to decorate a pumpkin every Halloween.

So...here we all are...Robin, Kyle and I with our kids and spouses doing our pumpkins...thank

goodness for Uncle Kyle and Auntie Jen convincing Maryn to touch the gewey stuff inside the

pumpkin. This was Maryn's first time to do a pumpkin since she is two this year.
